Our Return Policy
We stand by our Products 100%. If you are unhappy with your item just return it to us within 30 days.
In order to initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com . We’ll send you further instructions. Make sure the product is in original condition and includes all materials (manual, nuts, bolts, etc). Returns are accepted up to 60 days after original purchase date. Please get a tracking number for all return items, as we are not responsible for lost goods coming back to our warehouse.
Buyer pays for all return shipping cost unless it was our fault such as sending you an incorrect item. Returns may be subject to a 15% restock fee.
Cancellation & Order Modification Policy
We will do our best to process any cancellation or change requests before your order is sent to our warehouse. However, we cannot guarantee that any order can be changed or canceled after the order has been placed. If the order has been shipped, or for some other reason we are unable to cancel or modify the order, the customer will be responsible for the full cost associated with shipping the product back to us, as well as the 15% restocking fee mentioned above. Please order carefully, and if you’d like to cancel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
